Soothe Note is built for sensitive treatment-life information. This page explains what information is collected, how it is used, and what to expect regarding access and privacy.

Information We Collect
Soothe Note may collect and store:
Email addresses used to create and manage accounts
User IDs connected to each account
Health information voluntarily entered by users, including symptoms, medications, moods, vitals, appointments, treatment details, and other health-related information
Journal entries, notes, and other content entered by users
Photos or videos uploaded to journal entries
Voice recordings or other audio uploaded by users
Information submitted to generate AI clinician summaries
Basic account, authentication, and security information needed to operate the service
How We Use Information
Information is used only to:
Operate and provide Soothe Note's features
Save and display each user's records
Generate summaries requested by users
Maintain account security
Provide customer support
Fix technical problems
Comply with legal requirements
What the Soothe Note Team Can Access
Authorized Soothe Note administrators may have limited technical access to stored user information when necessary to provide support, maintain security, investigate technical problems, operate the service, or comply with legal obligations. Access is limited to authorized personnel and should only occur when reasonably necessary.
Advertising and Tracking
Soothe Note does not sell personal information. Soothe Note does not use personal or health information for targeted advertising, cross-app tracking, or sharing with data brokers.
Service providers such as Supabase, Vercel, and our AI provider may process limited information only as needed to operate the app.
Deletion requests
You can request deletion of your Soothe Note account and associated app data, or ask for some app data to be deleted without deleting your full account.

To request account or app data deletion, email team@soothenote.com. Deletion requests are reviewed so we can verify the account and avoid deleting the wrong data.
